    B12 and anxiety.

I just started supplementing with b12 injections like a month and a half ago. I had pretty bad anxiety for the past year, I think a lot of it was caused from my divorce. Anyways, one of the things I have noticed from taking the b12 is that my anxiety has decreased drastically. I have heard of b vitamins causing anxiety but is it possible for b12 to actually reduce it?

Yeah, I added injection B12 to my HRT a couple of months ago, and I really like its calming effects. It has a way of taking the edge off. Sounds like it is helping you.

Stop drinking so much coffee. Caffeine will cause more anxiety than a divorce. Divorce is more of a self confidence killer while caffeine will fuel this and act more like a co-depressant than anything.
Sorry about the divorce btw. I know they can be tough.

I get all my caffeine from pill form but I am sure that contributes a lot to my problem. On some days I consume almost a gram of caffeine in a day but I actually cut down quite a bit lately since im trying to bulk. Just pre-workout caffeine now.

Also, my job adds a lot to my stress levels.
