best supps after cycle
what supps should i be taking after my cycle (excluding PCT supps). should i start taking creatine again? also should i take a tribulis supp to aid with recovering test levels?

For me I keep the bcaa's up, a multi and I start creatine after PCT.
Milk Thistle if you were on orals, cranberry concent is popular with some guys.

Trib won't do anything for test levels.
Like terraj said creatine BCAA and other standard stuff.
I am into the last week of a cycle, and this time I took absolutely nothing while on to see if I load up afterwards it will help keep me level in PCT.

thanks heaps guys...yeah definately want to keep as much gains as possible. i am running clen in pct so just trying to prevent as much muscle loss as possible

I read in a couple if stickies that clen was good as you need to keep cortisol levels as low as possible. Thanks for the info I'll research more

my supps will stay the same all year round.
maybe for pct you could try some natural test boosters or tribulus, but i recon there waste of money.

thanks for all the info...just found out instead of being tested in november training has been pushed forward to august...which leaves no time for a cycle without running a very high risk of detection...
so cn someone pls help me on best naturl test n hgh boosters?
i ws going to use GABA with ZMA of a nightime to increase growth hormone does anyone have any suggestions, no i wont get the same results a cycle will but just looking for any help possible (diet and training are in check)

Nat test boosters are a waste for the most part. Spend the money on food.
ZMA has only been shown to be effective in massive doses.
Just flood your body with amino's, creatine and other standard staples, that will be more effective than any natural test booster.
Or if you have $500-$700 a month to spend buy some HGH.
