    Spawn

    I am 41, and did a cycle of Spawn about a year ago, and made great gains in size and strength. I didn't do any PCT however. Yea I know it was stupid. I stopped working out for about a 5 month period and have recently gotten back into the gym. The problem is I have lost so much strength it's absurd. Is this a direct result of my lack of PCT? I am getting ready to start a cycle of M-drol(yes I will do proper PCT and my diet is already in check). Will the M-drol get my strength back, or did I screw myself for good? Any comments/advice is greatly appreciated

    When you don't work out you will lose strength no matter what you are or are not on.

    It will come back.

    I am pretty sure you said you had a good base to build off of but now you say you "recently" got back in the gym.....details?

    spawn is alot stronger than m-drol...

    so plan on things going alittle slower.. but on the flip side spawn has more side effects than m-drol will have.

    take it slow, stick with the work out you lay out, and keep your head up.

    I been working out and eating right for the past two months. My strength is coming back, but just not as fast as I would like it to.
