I am 41, and did a cycle of Spawn about a year ago, and made great gains in size and strength. I didn't do any PCT however. Yea I know it was stupid. I stopped working out for about a 5 month period and have recently gotten back into the gym. The problem is I have lost so much strength it's absurd. Is this a direct result of my lack of PCT? I am getting ready to start a cycle of M-drol(yes I will do proper PCT and my diet is already in check). Will the M-drol get my strength back, or did I screw myself for good? Any comments/advice is greatly appreciated
