Favorite post workout drink?
I thought it mite be cool to hear everyones favorite post workout drink.
I personally like Vitargo CGL and a whey shake.

60g WPC then meal...
I have ditched maltodextrin/dextrose to try and improve my insulin sensitivity..

Pre--Sugar free Redbull/ Monster or Rockstar (whatever I got by the case on sale)
During--Scivation X-Tend with a little bit of whey mixed in (like 10 grams or so)
Post--25 grams Whey w/Skim Milk with L-Glutamine. Then quickly eat some meat/Chicken or Fish and a Plain Greek Yogart.
Before bed---Casein Shake but only if I don't have any cottage cheese.

For the extra calories and fat.

1L of chocolate milk is the best, but i just got muscle juice from optimum nutrition and it tastes really good and ive gained a few pounds in the first 2 weeks
