i started using creatine a while ago, maybe 2 years, at only about 5-10g a day and it worked, meaning i got a little bit stronger and i gained a little bit of weight, but recently i have been bumping it up to as much as 10-20g a day because i dont notice any change in strenght or size but now that isnt working. world it be "lethal" if i took 25g of creatine for 4 days and then 15 for 24 days? or is creatine just not my thing anymore?
