    creatine

    i started using creatine a while ago, maybe 2 years, at only about 5-10g a day and it worked, meaning i got a little bit stronger and i gained a little bit of weight, but recently i have been bumping it up to as much as 10-20g a day because i dont notice any change in strenght or size but now that isnt working. world it be "lethal" if i took 25g of creatine for 4 days and then 15 for 24 days? or is creatine just not my thing anymore?

    yeah i cycle for about 1 month on and like 4 off, i used to go longer when i was doing the smaller doses, ive only done about 5 cycles in 2 years

    I don't know the dosage required for creatine poinsoning, but creatine poisoning is possible. Instead of taking the old school monohydrate, try some of the advanced formulas. KreAklyn is AWESOME

    Try the higher dose and see. You'll be fine. Just listen to your body.
    Drink plenty of water, eat carbs, and keep the creatine in 5 gram doses split throughout the day.

    when he ran out of protien powder he realized his shady bodybuilding career was over and he would never be able to move his arm for another fist pump again
