Balancing the stack, help.
ON Whey protein - 2 scoops afterworkout, 2 before bed
Twin Labs Amino Fuel - 1tbsp AM, mid day, PM
ON Glutamine - 1/2 tsp in each shake of whey. (5 gm total)
question being, i just started the whey from ON and it has alot of aminos and glutamine in it already, am i ok to stack as i am (basic direction im following), or cut back on anything particular.... thanks for the help

Im finishing up some syntha 6 time released still so 1 scoop whey 1 scoop syntha b4 bed, but yea, thats the idea, as soon as it runs out...

o ok. i see nothing wrong really. Im know nothing about amino fuel (Iguess its just amino acids). If so are you taking this between meals or just at certain times

when i wake up, i take it with my kre alkalyn, then with lunch, and again with dinner...the amino fuel is all aminos except glutamine...but the ON whey i see has alot of the same ones....its ok to have more?

I actually prefer to take my aminos in between meals. Yes its fine to have more

o yea, with the casein, would i do 1 scoop whey 1 scoop casein? 2 scoops casein only? or 1 scooop? what u think
