what shake out there on the market at the moment would you guys say is the best all round for gaining weight but trying to keep it lean. im looking for a new shake with roughly 50g protein per serving and 90g carbs with all your acids included etc.
any brands out there that you have tried and liked ??

I have used almost every "Gainer" out there. To me Real Mass bye gaspari had the best taste but was WAYYY to thick and gave me stomach problems. Ive read a lot of reviews about Real Mass saying it gave them stomach problems. True Mass bye BSN was ok but again had stomach problems. My absolute favorite weight gainer is Cytogainer. It has 54g protein, 80g carbs, pretty good taste and its a very "light" shake. IT goes down easy, isnt thick and tough to drink, and is 98% lactose free so i get NOOOO stomach problems at all. I can slam it down in 2 minutes and forget I even drank it. Def try it out, plus it has 3g creatine per serving so if you drink 2-3 servings a day your set for creatine
