dextrose how much to take post workout

gday lads whats a good amount of dextrose and whey protein after a heavy hard workout im 6 foot 98kg i was thinking 50 grams of whey protein 2 scoops which is 40 grams of protein and mayb 80 grams of dextrose what is a good amount cheers

I usually just take the recommended dosage, but thats just me.
