B complex....Injectable ?

B-complex inject able form is readily available...however i have never tried it.

I have done B-12 shots with great success...but never a B-complex shot.

Anyone ever try this?

never tried the shot. I usually just take B-complex pills.

I've never tried it, but I have never heard anybody say anything remarkable about it. I have heard that humans have a difficult time digesting b-complex vitamins because they break down before they can be absorbed, but not sure.

Injecting is never a great idea, there is always the possibility of an infection or some other complication. Also, injecting anything is never fun (atleast for me) I've never fully understood the reasons for injectable b vitamin.

You inject vitamins for the same reason you inject AAS....IT only passes through the liver once before the liver tries to change it.

Therefore...injecting any drug or vitamin (in theory) will result in better absorption and utilization.
