    Dextrose vs Waxy Maize

    I found i can get some waxy maize pretty cheap to use pwo. I was wondering which is better, dextrose or waxy maize?

    waxy maize is only better then dextrose in the fact it travels to the small intestines faster and in turn to your msucles.

    but in the scheme of things near exactly the same
