Don't buy into the gimmicks, or I could sell you some oceanfront property in Kansas.
Micronized Creatine Mono
**** the flavored BS, just pound that bitch back. You want taste, get a chick to sit on your face.

there are some differences with creatine... absorption rates, blah blah blah
the bottom line is this...
get the friggin cheapest creatine you can find. I wouldn't spend more than $20 for a kilo. What diff if there is a difference in absorption rates if you have to spend twice as much?
Go for the cheap sh1t, bro'

I have tried many types and have had very different results from them, I have had little effect from some of the expensive ones and the same from cheap ones,,, i recommend trying a few different ones till you find whats hittin it for you.. The one i use now is the one that really gave me a good effect (but a mate of mine tried it and got very little) don't know why this is but it is.... IMO

Right now I am using Applied Nutriceuticals NeoVar. I take like 6 caps a day and so far I went up like 6-7 lbs. May all be water, but oh well. My lifts are going up and/or reps increased.
