People who pop a lot of vitamins and supps Q
In a day I have probably 15 things I take orally everything from accutane to creatine to vitamins to krill and fish oil.
I would imagine to reduce stress on the kidneys a lot of water needs to be taken in for one.
What about separating it into two different times during the day to pop them, does anybody do this? Or other tips. Thanks

Well i never personally take 15 pills at once but over the course of the day i take a lot. I mean i take amino acids multiple times during the day, while on accutane it was split into three times a day, b-complex at different times in the day, dbol split into 4 doses throughout the day, and fish oils at different times throughout the day.
So yea i split all of mine up but that is because they need to be.

I just swallow a whole fistful in the morning as part of my routine. Convenient. Easy. I drink lots of fluids. More if my piss starts turning dark or begins to smell. If you heat healthy, then splitting or all at once isn't going to have much of a differnece for most OTC supplements.

What does eating healthy have to do with it? Many things have half lifes that are very short and need to be split throughout the day. take my dbol every few hours due to half life. My amino acids are taken in between meals, accutane split into three doses with meals. Something that is once daily like a multi vitamin is fine but many things i take must be split up

(I did say MOST otc... so that rules out the dbol for sure. And since I thought [maybe I was wrong] we were talking about pills, then that should rule out the powders and amino acids [you do take yours as a whey isolate?])

there are a few more, just too lazy to get up and look....
this is the handful I gulp down in the morning.
Since I eat a healthy diet to boot, not sure how splitting this group up would have any significant impact.
We COULD talk about our non OTC's, and our majik elixers we call PWO shakes, but that's an entirely new subject.

I have pre/post workout packs of about 22 pills each made up a month in advance, including all aminos creatine etc. On workout days I take them pre and near the end of my workout so my stomach is still empty. On off days I take one pack about 45 min after my first meal, and another in between my 2nd and 3rd meal.
Wake up, grab two bags so I don't forget especially on off days.
I also have Omega 3-6-9 (12 caps) and a 4 cap multi broken down into 4 doses that I take with my first 4 meals. They are in one of those GNC 5 chamber pill cases, I also have a bunch of them made up in advance so I can just grab and go in the morning and take with me.

I would usually just do them all in the morning, shove the fist full in my mouth with breakfast. I'd do this unless it was something that was required to be taken several times a day.
