I got a few samples from my supplement store earlier today. I've heard good things about pre-workout supplements for a while now. I thought I would give it a try.
I would never use this again. Too much 'pep' not enough 'bang for the buck'. Just a high priced red bull mix. It really drained me mid workout. Felt too amped up, too edgy.
Anyone else tried these pre-workout drinks/supplements and felt like they negatively effected your workout by over stimulating you (and not in a positive way)?
