Red bull,mother drinks and v drinks read pls
gday lads as a post workout drink is it ok to have a red bull and protein shake in the other hand as people say post workout is the best time to have a sugar kick if thats what you want well red bull has sugar in it is this ok or realy stupid hahahahahah interested to hear all comments not just the ones that say im a freaking dickhead hahahaha

I'm not much of a fan of red bull. don't touch the stuff personally.

I can't believe they are pulling it off this year...they came out of nowhere!
As I said in your other thread of the same title. I'll occasionally have a sugar free Red Bull before the gym, but not after.
I also use them to replace coffee sometimes in the morning. I hate coffee.

I take it before too, but everyones different. Maybe he works out at 4 in the morning and uses a redbull as coffee after a workout. I don't know?????
