Since i started training iv been consistently using whey protein along with on's serious mass gainer and just recently also tried norateen heavyweight 2, so iv now decided to try a course of methyl 1t. When i ordered the m1t i also oredered milk thistle and ax advanced pct. I was gonna start the course on monday and was just wondering if anyone had any tips / advice before i do, i.e, whats the best dosage and how long to take the pct for afterwards etc. Thanks in advance guys.
