sorry you're offended, but I'm not sure what you're looking for here. in the title you asked what it is and in the first post you simply asked what it does, so I provided links that describe in great detail what it does. as for what it does for people who work out- it does what it does regardless. my dad is 74, he also takes fish oil, and it does the same thing for him that it does for me. it does what it does.
