I have heard when you take glutamine and creatine at the same time they both fight for adsorption. Is there any truth in this statement? Are there any other supplements that have a negative side effect when mixed??

Theoretically L-Glutamine and Creatine do fight for obsorbtion. But this is a matter of opinion. I know people that take the two together.
If you don't want to take chances with one of them going out the pisser make sure you leave at least 30 min between ingesting the two.
The creatine that I use has glutamine already mixed with it. I guess if there is truth to this I'm screwed. LOL
I mix the 2 immediately after my workouts..W/O problemo..bro...good to go. So have at it, mix it up stir it up, shake it up and bottoms up :)

It is flavored. Sometimes I use rassberry and sometimes I use banana. And yes it is gross, but I sometimes like it. I like eating stuff that tastes bad if I know it is good for me. It is weird I know.Quote:
