    IMO

if you are cutting---water---or skim milk

if you are bulking or a hard gainer---Milk

I am pretty much always trying to lose fat......but I do use skim milk most of the time in my shakes. If I have had a day where I've had alot of cals already that day...I will just do water. Find out what works best for you. The shakes do taste 10x better with Milk thou....

I am a milk addict but I have been weening myself off for a while now. I drink it with every meal, with protein powder.

I started out with mixing my protein with 100% milk in a gallon.

Then I cut it down to 50% milk 50% water. It tastes slightly different but tolerable.

Now I am at 33% milk and 67% water with the protein. Defiinitely can taste a difference but my waist is shrinking.

I will still grab a gallon every once in a while and just chug it straight when I need a fix though.

    All skim of course.
