of course i know it is a pre-workout. but should it be on an empty stomach? how long after downing it till it actually hits? i know it varies from person to person i will take that into account, just would like an idea.

I use it an hour before my workouts, sometimes on an empty, sometime on a full stomach. No difference.

That shit would always make me throw up. Even when I was able to hold it down, I felt nothing from him. Use NO Shotgun every now and then.
i tried using cellucor m5, basically pissed it out my a55. been off it for one day every thing is back to normal. hopefully this will work, with out much sides.
but i do have to say that i do feel the difference of no pre-workout supplement.
