Can i take both of these at the same time? Right now i am just taking cell tech but could i start running in the morning before i start my day with the xedriene or will they cancell each other out? Help me out on this one.

When do you workout? If you take cell tech at night and xenadrine in the morning, i see in no problem...
I lift around 3 oclock in the afternoon i would be running aound 6am.
Yeah taking both wouldn't do any harm. I mean, taking Xenadrine in the AM before u run and then taking cell tech after your workout... drink plenty of water...

Yeah, I think you could...but it's gonna take a good manipulating of your calories. You gotta eat just enough to fuel growth....however much that is, is up to you...

Yellow's right, it can be done but you have to know how to work your diet.
I thought that creatine and the caffeine in a standard ECA stack
would not work well together. I have read the caffeine reduces
the effectiveness of creatine. Hopefully I am wrong cause if
I am I could be cutting too.
Well he did state that he's taking the eca in the morning with cardio and the creatine later in the day with his workout, so it shouldn't hurt.
We all know that we never follow the method suggested on the bottle. What kind of dosages for cell tech do you guys take. For instance, once after you workout or twice a day?
Well I don't use cell-tech, too pricey for me. I do take 5grams before and 5 grams after my workouts.
