This stuff sure had a good write up. It tastes like dog turds left out in the sun for a week, then mixed with flour, and unsweetend cocoa powder. I'm new to this type of night time protein powder. I mix it with 5mg of slow release glutamine. It tastes horrid...but, I do believe I'm getting some better muscle recovery by morning time. I sticks like glue to the shaker screens, and can clump up on you when mixing.
Anyways...someone out there has to make a better flavor of this stuff...anyone????

Try the one made by the most popular nutrition center in the US. It's blends nicely and it makes a thick shake. Pretty tasty too. I prefer vanilla.

I personally didn't think it was the whole dog turd thing, but yeah it wasn't the best. Blueberries & Cream is on the way. Sounds good... we'll see

Use 2% milk, or throw in some peanut butter. Double chocolate is better.
Ive tried the chocolate and the PB from ON, I prefer the PB. But for now on with me its Muscle Tech's Platinum Casein. It tastes better and is a lot less thick lol
