    ECA Stack

    my wife wants to try an eca stack for the first time. i was thinking starting her at 8/200/81 and work up to 32/200/81 over a couple of weeks. any suggestions?

    start 2x a day for 2 weeks.. week 1 8/200/80 week 2 16/200/80 week3-6 3 times a day... week3 16/200/80 week4 16/200/80,.... depending on she is feeling you can add ephedrine after week 4

    i like 6 weeks on 3-4 weeks off with eca stack
