    Masterbating and test levest

    Okay this is a serious question. I didnt know where to ask it so if its the wrong forum then sorry bout that. Anywho, I was wondering if masterbating lowers your test levels in any way??? I know it sounds like a dumb question but if you think about it, it should actually make you body produce more cause of the loss of test right??? I reason I ask cause I'm currently playing in the big sand box across the sea and the wife is back home. Well I find myself spanking the monkey from time to time... Well I'm not gonna lie, I yank my chain like every freakin day. But I was wondering if that made a diff when it came to test levels. Thanks. And remember, support the troops, cup his balls.

    It will actually RAISE your test levels when you "rough up the suspect"

    there are so many myths about this kind of thing. most all stem from old religious beliefs that the body and flesh are evil and sinful. i have conlcuded through personal experience in my athletic and weightlifting career that neither whackin off or getting laid will affect your performance levels in any way. trust me on this one

    I think this rumor also came from boxing and/or other sports. "Sex makes you weak." Ask Rocky Balboa!! I believe it has more to do with "focus". If you are focused on a woman and relationship.. may effect your workout. Hummm...then again, I use the hotties at my gym as motivation!!!

    There is def. a connection between aggression/irritablity when not 'releasing'. Its really one of the main reasons boxers and NFL players sometimes hang on to their baby batter for months.

    I have read that this is because of an increase in prolactin which makes you feel content as if you had just eaten a big meal (I read this while doing research on cabergoline).

    I never have sex before a game or before a workout.

    i was reading something about a university did a study on if you have sex before you work out you will boost test production. so i would think it would do the same if you masterbate.

    a few good friends of mine gave me the advice to go halfway before a sporting event or before lifting- so i tried it. YES it is hard to stop before the climax, but my workouts have been more aggressive since i found out this trick.
    dont let the volcano erupt before a workout, just tease the trojan, and you will train like a bull.
