i looked up each ingredient (all herbs really) and compared it to the gnc product ultra water pill. the ultra water pill is better ingredient wise, but whether either one of them works, well i can let you know in 10 weeks. i am using the ultra water pill for ten days before my first comp. i will post the results then. sorry can't help more.
