Iron supplementation can result in greenish stools. Other than that it's certain diseases/junks, and green leafy foods.

I doubt the pills you took influenced what came out the other end the same day.

had a mate that took m1t ages ago. same thing happen to him and his liver stopped working and he got blood poisoning and nearly lost his leg. be carefull.
