Are there any supplements such as Tablets etc. I can take before Trainging in the Gym, or on the Football field, or even before a competition game, so I can have more energy and not feel Larthargic, worn out and tired?
I need an edge, explosivness etc, rather than feeling tired..
Should I eat more carbs in my diet (ive been cutting carbs quite a bit but started taking more this week).
Please I need some supplements, like glucose tablets or something to boost my enery quickly..
