    Putting together ECA stack

    Hi guys need a bit of help putting together an ECA stack as i have never done one before.
    I live in the uk and am finding it hard to get a place where i can buy ephedrine from is there a certain type that is best and where can i buy from.
    I am currently taking hydroxycut through the day and jack3d pre workout, should i drop these if i were to use an eca stack?
