Chromium / Vanadyl Sulfate / BCAA
Hi everyone ,
Whats a good daily recomendation of chromium , vanadyl sulfate , and bcaa's for a 180 lb person cutting on the the bodyopus diet? Its more than the recomendend on the bottle correct? or is more a waste?

If you drink lots of protein powder you already have enough bcaa, other wise 5-10 g before and after workout and 10g on nontraining days, for the other 2 I don't know the dosage
