first cycle question
weight - 187
height - 5'11
what i want is to gain muscle while losing fat. my currrent workout plan is mon-friday, 1 hour weight training followed by 20 cardio low intensity cardio, saturday 20 min high intensity cardio.
I need some help with how much to take and how long to cycle. and what to take for the most success.

You are too young for steroids , come back in about 5 years.
Focus on your diet and eating right with proper supplementation.
Your test levels are through the roof at 18, nothing artificial is needed.
