O.K. I eat 1 hour before I train, protein and carbs. after I train I go home and right away take 2.5 IU's of Huma R. I follow up by eating a healthy protein and carb dinner. O.K. Here is my Question. Has anyone ran it this way? Have you woken up at 2A.M. running for the kitchen and shoveling down food? I am 210 Lbs 5'7 LBM. Bottom line you don't do this shit right you will be sleeping with the fish. Does anyone else have a better cycling system? I have been TRT and HRT for over 10 years.
