Eat a lot of quality food, in addition to the right PH.

A good PH for your first time would be something mild like Hdrol. I gained 25 lbs my first go around on a 6 week cycle, and I am not a big guy (5'10 187lb to 212lb)

Halodrol or Promagnon are what I will choose for my first PH run if I decide to go down that road. They're lighter on the sides than Dymethazine, Phera, and Superdrol, and are still worth your time assuming that diet/training are in check. Plus, there's like 300000 Hdrol logs running around.
