AMINO acid shake on empty stomach then cardio....
is this an effective way to burn fat on an empty stomach? If your heart rate goes up between 140-150 your fat burning to muscle burning ratio wouldn't be affected because the amino acid shake prevents muscle tissue from being broken down.

Typically when you ingest any type of shake, you no longer have an empty stomach. The best way to do it is do the cardio, and near the end with 5-10 minutes left THEN drink the shake, and it will help prevent muscle from being lost. Adding some BCAA's to the mix would not hurt either.

Gotcha, so get up and do 30-45 of cardio on empty stomach stomach and then drink the shake with 5-10 min left in cardio. THANKS.
