    what do u think about gold standerd protien. Im on my 3rd 5 pound tub seems to be working.

    I buy the 10lb bags all the time and the 4lb casein protein for before bed as well.

    Yeah I think Gold standard is the best protein powder. I get those 10lb bags keep me going for ages
