Hey Everyone,
I'm new here, I've been reading info and the FAQ's on the site for about 2 months. I'm 40 years old and been training on and off for about 3 years. I maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle and I have a solid workout schedule that I follow. I think I am ready to do my first ever cycle. I dont really plan on doing more than 1 or two cycles over the next year. I'm currently 6'2" 200lbs. My goal is 30lbs of lean mass over the next year. I am planning on a Sust/winny cycle but I wont get into that on this thread. I have a couple of questions that I need answers too so if anyone could help me out with them I'd appreciate it.
