Ive been using these for around 18 months and I wouldnt go to sleep without it lol

Amazing product and well worth a try, 3mgs is just enough for me but when i have 6mgs the dreams are intense and the sleep is deep.

I've been taking for years. 3mg ea. I love the dreams, and wake up refreshed (usually). For me, with time, I become desensitized to them, so I'm up at around 12mg/night.

I use the 3mg also take about 30 min before bed. They don't put you to sleep they replace your body's own melatonin. It helps your body put it self to sleep. Be sure to have at least 7 hours for sleep or you will be tired all day.

    Im really confused here?

The supplement ones? Since your in aus do you mean the homeopathic ones?

Buy the now melatonin from there.

    Once again this country blows.

If its in a chemist/shop and says melatonin #x it means its homeopathic. i.e 6x 3 x ect.

standard dose of zinc at 30mg ang magnesium about 450mg. it also depends on what multi-vitamin and it's okay to take additional ZMa before bed becuase you're using that multi in the morning.

I've been using this stuff for years. One thing I've learned is increasing your dose will do nothing in promoting a deeper or prolonged sleep.

Stack it with other natural sleep agents would be an option but nothing is guaranteed here either.
