    Syntha-6 and CellMass

    So I've bought some syntha-6 and cellmass. I take pre workout no-xplode, how should I take syntha-6 and cell mass post work.I also heard that you need to do a "loading phase" with cellmass.

    Should I take right after my workout syntha-6 and after 30-40 min. cellmass?

    no loading phase.

    I take the cell mass and syntha 6 right after working out. then half hour get some REAL food into me.
