If you can handle it I don't see why not. Some people get severe tingles and burning skin from it. I mix mine with BCAA that I drink a little before but mostly Intra.
It takes a few week to build up in your system, then you really start noticing the effects. So I don't think taking it intra will do much benefit, just make sure you take it regularly.
I used a product thats BCAA + 3.5 grams Beta-Alanine and I used it 1/2 before and the other 1/2 while lifting and it gave me a lot of extra energy!
The tingling sensation is actually nice :-) I normaly get it the second I start lifting the weight. All over my whole body.
4-6 grams is what seems to work best. This is a great supplement.
3.2-4.0 g is optimal!
one of my long term friends started b a and noticed huge difference in reduction of muscle burning during mma training. able to kick ass alot longer.
