Post workout drink
I read a while ago that a good post workout drink for recovery would be 1 scoop of powder Gatorade some BACC's and Some Vanilla Protein with glutimine . What do you guys think, or should I stick with just a protein drink with glutamine in it.

consume simple-sugar in addition to creatine, then 15min later protein shake, 30min later a whole food meal, and then let me know your results

I use dark matter for my PWO drink followed by some, you guessed it, chicken and rice/sweet potatoes.

I use ProComplex Gainer by ON, if I dont have that I find 1 cup of oats with 2 scoops of whey works well

I've tried just about everything. Quick carbs, slow carbs, whole foods dextrose, wm, fructose, oats, etc.
Nothing comes close to the size I've put on and my recovery time since I switched to my usual Beverly protein and vitagro. It's phenomenal.

GENR8 Vitargo and bev C&C - Def NOT together. Vitargo is without question the best brand I've tried. I was stuck on Nutrex for awhile and then this came out. It's prices and it's thick, but try it.....report back

Since it is pricey you could go 30g of V and then another 30-40 of oats, etc....

Just mix 2 scoops whey, some BCAAs, and 10g Creatine into a bottle of gatorade and you're good to go. PWO of champions and it's not even anything fancy
