My girl is trying to get back into the swing of things after having our baby.
She recently got everything to make a good shake for her to burn fat but isn't sure if she could start with the shake if she is breastfeeding. (note: baby drinks half formula and half breast milk throughout the day)
Shake ingredients:
whey protein
glutamine
bcaa powder
l-carnitine
flax seed oil
What are the risks to the baby if any??? Would it cause the baby to lose weight?
