So i'm starting to get back to training after taking around a 3 year hiatus, but my weak point when i was training last was my supplementation.
My Pre/post Work-out nutrition has always been shot, just one of those dudes that would drink some whey after, and be done.
So what kind of supplements should I start to stack, and when. List all possible guys, efa's pre/post stuff, and morning/bed time stuff. Also, recommend brands would be good (if possible considering admin rules).
Since i'll be breaking back into it, I'm obviously out of shape, around 15-17ish bf%
so i'll be doing some added cardio to trim up, recommendation of pre cardio supplements would be good.
