Best Pre-workout Supp?
Anyone have a favorite pre workout supp?
No xplode? 200mg cafffeine pills?, jackd?

tried jack 3d worked ok at normal dose, anymore than that was too much. Tried nano vapor worked ok taste like ass burned over tires, been on animal pump for a while now works ok, im starting to think about getting away from all of it just because i think i would notice a better pump in my
wallet, you dig?

Sweet Potatoes are a slow-release carb, so that's not gonna work for me.
My personal favorites are:
1. MRI Black Powder
2. Jack3d
3. EPO Blast
4. NO Shotgun
5. ECA

i have tried many NO supplements and Jack3d has worked the best for me.

Everyone's body is different. After using a bunch of different NO supps, I found that MRI Blackpowder works best for me, it's all about experimenting though. Right now I'm not even using pre workout supps, just a good amount of complex carbs and good fats before the gym. Hope this helps

I find my body adapts to whatever pre workout Im taking within a few weeks, so I switch between all above mentioned... Reactivate is another one I use from time to time.

Use Jack3d and NO Shotgun. Shotgun was crap, I like jack3d though.

tried lot of preworkout.
find out that jack3d doesnt work at all for me.
no xplode works but not so good
and... super pump 250 is the best...
the problem with those pre workout supplements is that you get used to them very quickly.
so I decided to switch between pre workout and intra workout. I prefer size on.
something like 2 months preworkout, 2 months intraworkout and so on...

i agree with POPS on this one
ive asked quite a few bodybuilders and the more advanced
they are the less they take
most pros dont bother with anything beyond caffeine even if that
and basic cheap and cheerful carbs 1 hour before seems to
be the best advise
save your money...

i go off and on of super pump ill go a month with it and a month with out it. this way im not depending on it to go to the gym.
carbs are a good way to go before the gym at least an hour before

I really prefer jack3d compared to the rest, nice jolt to get me started, and there is no nasty come down, smooth sailing after the gym.

anyone tried hemo rage? i'm not lookin for energy i'm wanting something to help the pump. and i heard hemo rage was amazing for pump. i'm not a big caffein guy tho. never taken a pre workout before.

I add in some arginine too and get NASTY pumps. If you feel like spending a little money, niox is solid and works quick.

I am trying these 2, NOxplode and Jack3d. NOxplode makes me jitter too much and make sure you take them at least a few hours before bedtime or else you will not be able to sleep. Jack3d would be my choice.

I don't do the prework out thing cause i am always well rested and i like to remain very calm in the gym... like meditation calm, never grunt, focus on breathing that kind of thing.. being hyped up on caffiene or whatever else throughs me off.. but my buddy used to do jack3d and now there is something called Crack and swears by it..

I've tried NO Xplode, SuperPump 250, and White Flood. I'm really liking AE Nutrition's PreSurge Unleashed right now. The mental focus is unmatched! For those rage freaks, add extra caffeine and booya! you'll tear it up at the gym.

Theres this new stuff from Thai Labz, my buddy told me its great, i know hes tried jacked, black powder, no xplode, he says it is by far better than the rest. Its called Lunacy, wont find it on bb.com though ''/

I usually take straight caffeine anhydrous in powder form. You do have to cycle it though as it will start to make you sleepy after a few months of using it. Muscle Science should be able to explain why.

Black powder, good blood flow IMO. Jack3d seem to over-stimulate my senses while not providing that pump I was looking for, really hyper and jittery. Plus, I grab Black Powder for less than half the price you see it most places.

So much wasted supplement money. Get a hundred 200mg caffeine tabs ($3.95). Take two (400mg) before a workout and consume water while training. You won't see very many contenders using much more than this for stimulation. Over stimulation eats muscle. By the way, caffeine is the common ingredient in most fo these products. The other stuff is smoke and mirrors crap. I know national level guys that only drink a very large strong cup of coffee on their way to the gym.

I drink a protien shake when i wake up, wait 45 mins take no xplode, wait half hour, and then more protien shake after working out.

a long time ago i really liked Super Pump 250, size on and fast twitch... but i don't use any of these any more... just not worth it IMO.... i usually lift in the mornings after my b-fast and my coffee... seems to do the trick these days....

Having some problems with no xplode. I don't like not having a shake or food right before workout. Having to take no xplode on an empty stomach has made me dizzy at the gym.
