    Xtend + BCAA

    Got a question...I'm using Xtend from Scivation during workout. I'm pretty sure it has BCAA's in it but I've been adding Optimum Nutrition BCAA powder to the mixture. I add because with water alone taste terrible. Think it helps, hurts, or makes no difference?

    More BCAA's are never a bad thing.

    Xtend has plenty of BCAA's and as stated it shouldn't be a problem. I like to use pre and post WO too.

    Xtend alone is solid. 5 scoops and you're good to go.
