save your money! Stick to the basics : multi, fish oil, vitamin c, glutamine, bcaas, whey/casein protein....

I bought a friggin kilo of the powder. Used it for maybe a month. Nothing. Now it just sits on top of my frig in a tuppaware box. Save your money on something that actually works.

it is supposed to "trick" your body into producing a little more test. Whether it does or not in the short term is pointless. your body will override it when it senses it is producing more test than ususal through the feedback mechanism.
