Reocvery Help Needed Please
Hey guys, have recently gotten back into training ( diet in check ) but am also an avid Rock Climber getting into competition climbing next year ( may-june) my question is simple, everytime I work out the next day I usually climb but am so f**** sore. especially after legs/arms etc. is there some sort of supplement I can take that will aid in recovery so I do not feel as sore? or as stiff? I am stretching before and after weight lifting.
Any help in this will be highly appreciated.

Glutamine, about 10-12 grams right after you get done climbing will help. More before bed if you can afford it.

What about on weight training days and days off ?

believe it or not I never used glutamine in the past. However, I started using it the past few weeks and it makes a huge difference for recovery......

Glutamine, BCAAs, Creatine, Whey Protein, and NO2.
As for the glutamine, take 30 grams a day, everyday. On workout days, 10 grams pre workout, 10 post workout, and 10 before bed. On non training days, just space out evenly, 10 morning, midday, and night.
