    Whey, Casein, Egg Blends?

    Who uses these blends?

Where do you get yours? How much do you pay?

For the UK guys, all I can find is Reflex Peptide Fusion and BSN Syntha 6.

    Around £60 for 4kg (delivered).

I've always used bulk powders, but may have to go back to the high street for these particular blends...

    Yeah, the 33% blend.

I have found BP's Whey's low quality and they upset my stomach every time.

4kg's for £60 isnt that bad at all I didnt think.

Here on this side of the pond, Costco sells their blend as you describe for 6lbs = $30 USD

Rumor has it you mates over there get all the protein you need from a proprietary yeast extract commonly found over at the pub?

I used to go with ON Pro Complex until they changed the formula - I don't think it has casein anymore. Now I go with a custom blend from trueprotein.com and it's around $12/lb IIRC.

Supplement Centre sell a matrix blend for about £24 delivered for a 5lb tub. If you're after something based on cost then you could try it out. I think they do a 1kg for about £15 delivered. I use it when I'm skint!
