dont waste your money. real food mate, cheaper and better. loadsa sugar and binders in tht sorta crap
You'll get mass alright, in your gut! Like dec11 says, loaded with sugar and probably cheap oil fillers. Eat clean, some whey protein isolates, aminos and lift heavy!
There are no short cuts to getting big bro.
truth is it will help put in additional calories per day thus gaining weight but proper nutrition and whole foods is always better/cheaper
Its a great post-workout shake. Just take half a serving and add another scoop of whey with similar flavor and 2 table spoons of peanut butter and make it with milk (tastes absolutely delicious) and wolf down 800 calories.
When I bulk I have 2 of those a day and I'm already at 2000 calories with those alone, excluding my 4 other meals. So yes, it is a great supplement. And its not loaded with sugar, 10g is not a lot and won't make a noticeable difference. It is however, somewhat expensive. So stay away from GNC.
And I'm not sure whats with posts 2-6 but they seem to amazingly misguided.
Cheers.
the main carb in serious mass is maltodextrin, i done a 5 kg tub put on about 12 pounds over 3 months was quite a bit of water not really a great idea to spike insulin 4 times a day although im unsure of how much malto spikes it? i was taking it 3 or 4 times a day just the 1 scoop and adding 20 gs whey so it was 14ogs carbs 50 gs protein, it seemed to do the trick 4 me with a fast metabolism
