Ok, this is my first cycle, been lifting seriously for about 7 years. Looking too Bulk big time, stretch-marks wanted! haha. Been researching for a while, new to this forum, but had an eye out for a few months. Here is what i got so far, Help is greatly appreciated.
Diet has been really good the past year. 4000+ calories, 95% clean...
stats:
24 y/o, 210lb 12-15% bf, 6'0....
Through out Entire Cycle:
-Multi(orange triad)
-Fishoil
-Glucos.
-ON 100% whey
-Glutamine
Pre Cycle (2 weeks before): Cycle Assist(2 bottles)
8 caps a day (2 weeks before and during P-mag)
8 total weeks.
Cycle(6 weeks total): P-mag(2 bottles)
(75/75/75/75/75/75)
still taking cycle assist(8 caps a day)
*Taurine 5000-10,000mgs per day.
After P-mag: Post cycle Support(1 bottle)
~4 weeks(till bottle runs out)
----Nolva (20/20/10/10)
After Post cycle:
Creatine(creapure)
multi, fish, gluc,possibly test?,whey
