my supplements - your opinion
hello, I would write you down my supplements. please i would love to listen your opinion
When I wake up with empty stomach
1) 2 pills spiruline
2) 2 pills bcaa
After breakfast
3) animal pak (multi vitamin)
Before brunch
4) 1 pill enzymes (mrm digest all)
5) 1 pill probiotics by ON
6) omega 3-6-9
Before lunch
7) 1 pill enzymes (mrm digest all)
8) omega 3-6-9
Before workout
9) 2 pills bcaa
10) 2 pills creatine alkalyn
11) 1 pill of vitamin c (1gr)
During workout
12) size-on (intraworkout)
After workout
13) 2 pills creatine alkalyn
14) 2 pills spiruline
15) whey protein (includes bcaa)
Before dinner
16) 1 pill enzymes (mrm digest all)
17) 1 pill probiotics by ON
18) omega 3-6-9

Personally, I would add Beta Alanine, vitamin E, vitamin C (lots of it) and zinc. Good luck bro!
