So, B6 is required for better uptake/utilisation of BCAA.

I appreciate a BB's diet is heavy in B6 anyway because of the amount of meat ingested. Also B6 has a VERY LONG half life.

I guess my question is - for fasted cardio is there a benefit to adding B6 to my BCAA?

Also I read once that BCAA can also benefit from glutamic acid. Any thoughts/ideas on also taking glutamine with BCAA's?
