Is it OK to take Hydroxycut with ephidrine?

I am trying to lose a bit of weight, I got a good deal on a couple of bottles of Hydroxycut Hardcore X. Now I realize that this stuff no longer contains any ephedra or ephidrine so I was wondering if it is OK to stack it with 24mg of ephidrine like a ECA stack. Or would this be overkill.

I would do it just mabye start with a low dose of ephedrine and see how you react.
